Mr. Hayashi is a Partner, Director of Research and Head of ORLBM LLC’s Tokyo research office, ORLBM LLC Advisory KK.  He has more than 20 years of investment and banking experience. Prior to joining ORLBM LLC Advisory KK in 2009, he was an equity analyst at SPARX and also worked as an Investment Banker for JP Morgan.

Mr. Hayashi holds a Masters in Finance from the Graduate School of Keio and a BS in Policy Management from Keio University.
